The Glød Traditional Sauna is a compact 2-person indoor sauna built around the authentic Finnish steam sauna experience. Powered by a premium 4.5kW Harvia stone heater, it delivers deep ambient warmth, steam capability, and classic Nordic sauna ritual in a space-efficient indoor design.
Designed for modern home wellness spaces, the Glød combines a Canadian Red Cedar interior with a Hemlock exterior and triple-insulated construction for excellent thermal performance and long-term durability. Water can be ladled over the heated sauna stones to create traditional löyly steam, increasing humidity and intensifying the sauna experience for deeper relaxation and recovery.
